A Sponsored Item is a player-made item. There is a new method released during the System Update.
Rules:
These are some of the rules seen on the Growtopia Support webpage.
Old Method:
>If the name of the item is inappropiate or conflicts with something the developers already planned they'll let you know they won't make it.
>It won't have special powers (Ex: Invisibility) or new functionallity that doesn't exist in other items.
>It may take up to 6 weeks to put your item in the game, Once the developers agree to create it.
>It will probably have a recipe, And will be available to all players (The developers decide what will be the recipe).
>You won't get it for free, You'll have to earn it like the other players.
>3.000 World Locks is for only one item, So something like (Doctor outfit and tools) wouldn't work as it would be like 6 items.
>Each item someone makes will be announced in the in-game news (Ex: New item: Cool hat (Sponsored by <Player's Name>)) and will stay there for some days.
>The developers can only thank up to three names, But the deal is only done with one person.
>If the idea is too hard or conflicts with something else the developers planned, They reserve the right to cancel it and refund your 3.000 locks.
>The developers are no longer accepting wings or capes requests, Since almost everyone is requesting wings.
>Sponsoring is a temporary experiment, The developers might stop doing it or change it any time, They'll refund your locks if they can't make your item.
New Method:
Complete all Epic Quest. (Ex. Bretz and Zraei sponsor Zraei's DragoScarf)
