This item is a hat item, not a hair item like Cultist Hood. This item gives the Bunnyesque mod, which causes the player to turn white-skinned.
The Dominatus Moderateus was added on August 11th as part of Player Appreciation Week.
This hat is a reference to the Dominus hat series on ROBLOX. Although, ROBLOX has different versions of Dominus such as: Dominus Infernus, Empreyus and Frost.
To make yourself have a Invisible-ish color skin, wear this or a Bunny Mask along with a Ninja Mask or Cultist Hood.
To make your inside of your Dominus dark, try wearing a Ninja Mask and shades. Like so..
