Usage
Simply add {{delete|Reason|Section}} to the top of the page. Replace the "Reason" with the reason why the page is to be deleted. To link to a specific section in the category talk page, replace "Section" with name of the section in the category talk page you want to link to. If that parameter is left blank, the link will automatically link to the section with the page's title.
