The Nightmare Magnifying Glass is an unspliceable hand item which was was added as part of Halloween Week 2014 on October 30, 2014.
Function

When equipped, a virus pet appears and follows the player around. The Nightmare Magnifying Glass grants the Fiery Pet mod, which replaces the player's punch with fireballs coming out of the pet while turning the pet's eyes red.
