This item can only be made/spliced during Comet Event.
Collecting 200 Comet Dust Merges into a Starseed.
When you use 200 Comet Dust on yourself, it will become a Starseed.
When you plant the seed, it will take 1 hour to grow. From harvesting the tree, it will drop a Starseed (very rare chance to not drop a starseed)
