Reindeer Bell is a special limited edition item that has been distributed during the WinterFest. It is obtained through breaking Snowy Rocks blocks and trees. There is only 1500 of these leashes in the game. However, some of them were converted into the Magic Reindeer Bell. So there are less than 1500 leashes in the game.
