Allows you to grant and remove powers. Allows you to double jump without wings Allows Power mod without Just One Boxing Glove. Allows Speed Mod without speed item. Allows High Jump Mod without Jetpack Allows Punch Farther Mod, And more!
The Crystal allows you to toggle any of above mentioned mods to either Enable all to have, or to disable the mod completely. When one mod is enabled, then everyone in the world will have the mod on, no matter if they have the item that grants that mod or not. When a mod is disabled, everyone in the world will not be able to use that mod, even if they have the item that grants that mod. The crystal can also block consumables that gives someone a mod (such as Coffee, or the Das Red Balloon).
It gives the Xenonite Mod when you are in the world that has this crystal.
It is a perma-item. (You can get it back even if you break it or destroy it.)
