This item is a machine that changes the background of your world. This machine's background has a theme of a Night Scenario, with a blue comet seen luring above the sky. The scenario is what makes this item similar to the Weather Machine - Night, except this contains a blue comet, as stated before. It can be made by splicing Victrola and Galactic seed.
