This item was added on 1st May 2015 during the third Cinco De Mayo Week.
Additional Info
This cape give you the Double Jump mod, and a dark black swirling vortex death effect, which is similiar to the Nightmare Devil Wings. This item also makes shadows when you jump, which is similar to Doppelganger Potion.
