The Penguin Leash is a leash that was added during Block Party Week on June 12, 2015.
You can obtain it by a chance drop after breaking Ice Blocks. Similar to a Butterfly leash. Normally it would take at least 1750 blocks to get it but if you have the lucky mod it will take 1000 to 1200. It shoots beams of ice, like the Ice Calf Leash. When equipped, it grants the Icy Pet mod. The chances of getting this leash is about as rare as getting the Butterfly leash.
