Obtaining

A Cryptic Scroll can be dropped from combining an Afro, a Dungeon Door Seed, and a Shifting Scroll in any Chemical Combiner placed on top of a Leaf Block at mid-night (00:00) GT time. However, this recipe might create a Really Cryptic Scroll, Exceedingly Cryptic Scroll, or Needlessly Cryptic Scroll instead.

When created, the player will be frozen for a moment, preventing them from making more scrolls.
