As of Valentine's Week 2017, the chests no longer spawn in worlds. Instead, they are obtained in the Share the Love Special Event over the course of Valentine's Week. The Event adds 1 Golden Booty Chest in the inventory of everyone in the world, regardless of backpack spaces. However in 2018, you can only get Golden Booty Chest from Valentine's Card randomly or from the Valentine's Card special event.
