In-Game Description
So you've extracted a fossil from a rock, but the rock is still in your way. That's where the chisel comes in! It lets you chip away the rock without damaging the fossil.

To grow, splice a Arrow Placard Seed with a Teeny Blocks Seed.
This item never drops any seeds.
