When equipped, this item grants the Speedy & Speedy in Water: Neptune's Chariot mod, which allows the player to move faster in and out of water. The Neptune's Chariot is drawn by three pairs of War Seahorses, three facing the player's screen and three hidden at the back.
Step 16 of the Quest Of Steel requires the player to deliver 1 of this item. (or a Mint Julep)

- In Hellenistic and Roman imagery, the god Poseidon or Neptune can often be seen driving a sea-chariot drawn by hippocampi. This serves as the basis of inspiration for Neptune's Chariot.
