The Iron Mask is an unsplicable face item which was added alongside the Dungeon Pack on April 19, 2013.

When equipped, it grants the Iron MMMFF! mod, which will practically mute the player, muffling the player's speech to mfmfffms in a similar manner to Duct Tape.
