The Rollback occurred on the 23rd of February, and resulted 24 four hours of data to be erased twice. The second rollback occurred only a few hours after the first, and sent players back to the same place they were rolled back to the first time.
The occurrence happened due to a glitch which caused store items with a rarity of 999 to recycle at a higher rate than purchase price. People caught onto the glitch and used it to their advantage to clone huge amounts of gems and buy unlimited items to gain profit. This would have ruined the economy if left undone. The problem was fixed with a rollback and store bought items no longer display a rarity.
For this error, all players were rewarded with an Apology Weekend and the users who brought gems at the time, got extra gems.
A second rollback occured at 10/5/2013 caused by 'NULL' seeds that could be recycled for a large boost or huge drop in gems.
