The Vampire Cape is an unsplicable back item which was added on Halloween Week 2013 on October 28, 2013.
Function

When equipped, this grants the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air. Upon death, an animation plays in which bats will fly away from the player.
Equipping this item, alongside a Vampire Fangs, Slick Black Hair and Vamp Vest, will earn one the Costume Contest achievement.

Trivia
