The Clothing Compactor can be obtained from Locke The Traveling Salesman for 100 World Locks.
It can turn ONLY spliceable clothing into gems, clothing seeds, seeds that were spliced with, Garbage, Much-Too-Small Shirts (various colors), Blacksmith's Apron, Mystery Dress or random items like Patchwork Quilt.
On the 24th of March 2016, a balance tweak update for the Clothing Compactor was introduced so that only people with access can use it.
