Harmonic Chimes is an unsplicable non-solid toggleable foreground block which was added in the Ancestral Power update.
Function
When placed, this item plays the sound of wind chimes.
This item is mainly used to upgrade Artifacts. One needs to deliver some of this item when presented with the riddle "The Anemoi will play their song for you with this, and with *number*, so shall I." in the Ancient Altar.
