This is a step-by-step guide on how to beat U.S.S. Protostar missions, which are exclusive to the limited-time Star Trek Prodigy event.

Regular Missions

Type 1

1	There is a warehouse in this sector that contains some much needed supplies. Deliver the Stellar Documents through the Viewscreen to get permission to land.	Stellar Documents Starship Viewscreen

3	The warehouse manager says: I'll take some of those Star Supplies in exchange for what you need.	Star Supplies
4	The warehouse manager says: Here are the goods you requested. You are free to teleport them back to your ship by using a Teleporter Charger on the goods.	Teleporter Charge
5	The warehouse manager laughs and says: I'll take your money and your ship. The doors slam shut and a laser burst splashes against the wall! Shoot back with your Gigablaster!	Gigablaster
6	A few well placed Gigablaster shots, and the warehouse manager is down! Now to hack the door control panel so that we can get out of here!	AI Brain
7	The doors slide open. Let's head back to the ship and get out of here! Send out a Tactical Drone from the Viewscreen to plot a course off this planet.	Tactical Drone Starship Viewscreen

Victory message: At least we got what we need. Time to continue on our journey.

Type 2

1	The Startopian Empire has requested you to bring Star Supplies to an Admiral on the planet Bakrog. Use a Teleporter Charge to beam down.	Teleporter Charge Player's self
2	Now that you're down here, provide your Stellar Documents to the guard at the entrance. You need clearance before you can see the Admiral.	Stellar Documents
3	Documents have been approved. Head over to the Admiral and give him the Star Supplies he requested.	Star Supplies
4	The Admiral has collected the supplies and has thanked us for the help. You're good to beam yourPlayer's self back using a Teleporter Charge.	Teleporter Charge Player's self
5	Now that you're back on the Protostar. Head over to the Helm so that we can leave the planet.	Wrench Starship Helm
Victory message: Excellent work on assisting the Startopian Empire! Now we can continue our search.

The Anomaly

1	We've reached The Anomaly! The nearby nebula is wreaking havoc with our systems. We won't be able to do anything until we get the HyperShields up.	HyperShields Starship Reactor
2	Now that we can use our systems again, let's launch a Tactical Drone from the Viewscreen and see what we're dealing with.	Tactical Drone Starship Viewscreen
3	The station appears to be abandoned. Head down to the Space Station and use the Quadriscanner to see if we can locate anything of use.	Quadriscanner Anywhere
4	There is a computer panel that appears to still be working. Let's see if an AI Brain can get any information that could prove useful!	AI Brain (bottom leftmost)
5	The computer shows a warning: MUST RUN Depth Protection Algorithm before entering the wormhole. We'd better save this to our Stellar Documents so that we can load it onto the ship.	Stellar Documents (bottom leftmost)
6	Immediately upon downloading the algorithm, the system whirs to life and fires a beam into The Anomaly. The station shakes violently and feels like it's going to fall apart. We need to teleport back to the ship! NOW!	Teleporter Charge Player's self
7	The scientists weren't just studying wormholes, they were MAKING them. We need the AI Brain to run the Depth Projection Algorithm from the Helm, or the ship will be flattened on the other side.	AI Brain Starship Helm
8	The Depth Projection Algorithm ran successfully. Head to the Helm when you're ready to go through the wormhole.	Wrench Starship Helm
Victory message: You fly through the wormhole only find yourselves on the other side of the growtopian universe. Perhaps the time needs to be just right to get back to their Universe. We'll have to find another anomaly and keep trying.
