This item can't be destroyed - smashing it will return it to your backpack if you have room!
A lock makes it so only you (and designated friends) can edit an area.

The World Lock is a yellow lock that locks the whole entire world! The owner of the lock will have a bright green name. If the owner decides to allow other players to have access to the locks powers, the users allowed access will have light green names. Players who have acess have the ability to ban or kick users from the world at will. Only the lock owner can use the wrench on the world lock.
The World Lock was previously the most expensive shop item in the game, costing 2,000 gems, alongside the Signal Jammer, until the Gangland Style set and Nyan Hat, among other things, were added.
While the lock is in place, your world is "Invincible!" Other players (besides the players you may have given access to) are not able to break anything.
World locks CANNOT be spliced by using seeds. They can be obtained by the Growtopia Store or trade only.
Only a single world lock can lock a world at the time, a message will pop up saying you cannot place two world locks if one is already in use in a world.
If recycled you will be guranteed to recieve 200 Gems.
