How to get an item out of your Geiger Counter
- When you detect a signal you will see red circles being emitted from your Geiger Counter.
- As you get closer to the source of radiation you will see red/yellow/green circles being emitted, as well as hear more repetitive beeps and see more green circles once you get really close to the source.

Upon reaching the hidden source of radioactivity you will receive either one of
- A Radioactive Chemical
- An Assorted Crystal
When you find one, it gives you the "irradiated" mod that makes you vibrate and prevents you from finding another item. It lasts for 30 minutes.
After you have found an item, your geiger counter will become dead. Walk around with the dead geiger counter to charge it.
