The Skull Launcher is a splicable hand item which was added as part of Night of the Sewing Dead update on February 3, 2017 .

Function

When equipped, the Skull Launcher replaces the Fist with skull projectiles that will create black holes upon impact.

Although this item is able to launch skull projectiles even when its user is a Zombie, it cannot be used to kill other zombies when its user is a Zombie themself.
