This is a broken piece of a war balloon. If you feed enough of these into a Balloon-O-Matic, you're bound to get something good...

Balloon Fragment is a consumable that was added during Balloon Warz Event. It is obtained (by chance) from using War Balloon at a non-colored player.

It is used at Balloon-O-Matic to convert into any random Balloon Warz-related item.

The more shards you put in the better the items you get.
