The Balloon Jammer was introduced during the Balloon Warz update. It is a rare drop from Balloon-O-Matic.
Function
It prevents players from throwing war balloons within the world but has a five second countdown when activating/deactivating, warning all players in the world that it is being activated/deactivated.

- The Balloon Jammer is the most unused jammer in the game, given its extremely useless purpose.
