The Playful Wind Sprite is an unsplicable Playful Sprite pet hand item which was added as part of Player Appreciation Week 2017.

When equipped, it grants the Flaming Hot mod which summons a purple-colored sprite pet appears and follows the player around while replacing the player's fist to shooting purple flames when punching.
