The Soul Stone is a component which was first introduced during Ancestral Power update. It can be obtained by completing the Biweekly Soul Quest or by purchasing it from Locke The Traveling Salesman for 30 World Locks. However, only one Soul Stone can be purchased everytime he visits, and a maximum of 3 only.
