This item can only be created during its release event. This item never drops any seeds. This item can be transmuted.
The Puffy Blue Jacket looks similar to the Puffy Orange Jacket. The only difference between the two items is the color and the fact that the orange jacket sprite has the back side while the blue jacket does not. (They look the same except for color while being worn; The One Ring was not worn to test whether the back part of the orange jacket shows.) Notice the area between the left and right side of the two jackets.
