On August 9, 2015, Hamumu [http://www.rtsoft.com/forums/showthread.php?237876-ROLLBACK-3-IS-COMING-YES  made a thread] on the forums saying that it was confirmed that another Rollback will take place, and Rollback Plaque III's will be splicable, but would not drop any seeds.

It was made by splicing a [[Cave Background]] Seed and a [[Sign]] Seed.
