The Fish Reviver is a consumable which was added as part of the Gone Fishin'! update.
Function
A Fish Reviver may be used on any dead fish via a Training Port in order to bring it back to life. After wrenching the Training Port that contains the deceased fish, the player may choose to either revive the fish using a Fish Reviver or dispose of the corpse. If revived, the fish will suddenly shake violently for a few seconds and then resume swimming normally.
Any fish revived is guaranteed to retain its previous experience level. The fish will also come back in a starving state.
