Password Recovery

To recover your password, the Growtopia Verification System (GVS) will send the verification link to your registered E-mail of your Grow ID. After confirmed my press the link, you will be able to reset your password for recoveration.

Username Recovery

To recover your username, you have to enter your username E-mail address you have entered when you are create your Grow ID. The GVS will send the Grow ID username to the E-mail.

E-mail Change Recovery

To change your registraion E-mail, the GVS will send the verification link to your current E-mail. After press the link, you will have to enter your new E-mail address. The GVS will send the link to the new E-mail to verify that it is you. Now, the E-mail changed.

Suspension Recovery

To remove suspending from the moderators, please contacts at support@growtopiagame.com for your suspension spect and purpose.
