The Etheral Rainbow Dragon is an unsplicable chest item which was added as part of the Stuff! update on October 1, 2018.

When equipped, this item grants the Rainbow Flame! mod. A rainbow dragon pet will also appear and follow the player around. The dragon replaces the player's punch with rainbow flames; the dragon and its flames constantly cycle through colors in a similar style to the Shifty Block.
