When equipped, the Mechanical Butler grants the Mechanical Butler : Punch Damage & Punch Range mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster and punch one tile further. A robotic butler pet will also appear and follow the player around. The item replaces the player's punch effect with teacups being thrown by the pet.
When punching a player, the targeted player will receive the Soaked! mod, which shows tea particles dropping from their body.
