When equipped, it provides the player with the Extended Punch and Build Range... mod, which increases the build range into 11x11 in worlds they own, and 7x7 in worlds they do not own.

- The equip and unequip text of this item is a reference to Stretch Armstrong, the presumably unable to be snapped stretch toy.
