Player Titles
Player Titles encompass a range of personalized customizations that players can add to their names, most of which can be toggled on/off in the Titles button upon wrenching oneself.
Legendary Title
The Legendary Title was introduced as part of the Legendary update on August 22, 2014. To obtain, the player needs to complete the Quest of Honor. When equipped, it enlarges the player's name with a Legendary Orb replacing the flag icon and adds "of Legend" to the end of the player's name. The title can be temporarily removed for 24 hours by consuming a Golden Apple or by unchecking 'of Legend' from the Title window which can be found by wrenching oneself.

Level 125 Title
The Level 125 Title was introduced as part of the Player Appreciation week Day 3 on August 7, 2018. To obtain, the player needs to reach level 125. When equipped, it changes the player name's color to transparent blue and pulses slowly.

Dr. Title
The Dr. Title was introduced as part of the Blocktor's Orders! update on June 13, 2019. To obtain, the player needs to complete 3,000 surgeries while wearing the Angel of Mercy's Wings (progress is displayed in the description of the wings, for every surgery done, it counts as an Angelic Healing). When equipped, it changes the name's color to red and adds "Dr." before the player's name.

Mentor Title
The Mentor Title was introduced as part of Mentorship & Referral update on May 1, 2020. To obtain, the player needs to have 1,000 apprentices reach level 20. When equipped, it replaces the player's flag with a Dumb Mentor Title. As of date, no player has achieved the title yet.
Grow4Good Title
The Grow4Good Title was introduced as part of Grow4Good Week 2022 on April 22, 2022. To obtain, players needs to be awarded as the top 20 contributors during the Grow4Good Week event. When equipped, it changes the player's name into a mix of colors for every letter with a Grow4Good Title replacing the flag icon.

Content Creator Badge and TikTok Creator Badge
The Content Creator Badge and TikTok Creator Badge was introduced on November 1, 2023. To obtain, the player must be part of the Content Creator Program. When equipped, it replaces the player's flag to a blue checkmark if the player is an official Instagram, YouTube, or Twitch content creator or a black checkmark with red and blue borders if the player is an official TikTok content creator.

Thanksgiving Title
The Thanksgiving Title was introduced as part of Thanksgiving Week 2023 on November 17, 2023. To obtain, the player must be the top player on the leaderboard in the fight against Sgt. Stuffins at SGTSTUFFINSREVENGE. When equipped, it adds Organic Turkey Feather on both sides of the player's name.
