When equipped, the Angel and Devil grants the Extra Blocks... and the Extra Wealth... mod to the player, which provides an chance for a block broken by the player to drop itself and a chance to get extra gems when breaking blocks. The player also stops smiling and raises their eyebrows, constantly glancing at the angel and the devil one by one.
