When equipped, the Angel and Devil grants the Extra Blocks... and the Extra Wealth... mod to the player, which provides a greater chance for blocks to drop themselves or gems when broken. The player also stops smiling, raises their eyebrows, and constantly glances at the angel and devil, one after the other.
