Sand is one of the basic tier 1 blocks. The block is a redesigned texture of Dirt.
Obtaining
It will take 3 hits to destroy, even with the "Enhanced Digging" mode. It will drop seeds frequently, making it very farmable. It's also obtainable from the Summer Surprise.
Natural generation
Sand spawns naturally in Beach Blasted and Desert Blasted worlds.
