The Flipping Spikes - Horizontal is an unsplicable foreground block which was added as part of the Dungeons update on October 23, 2025.
Function
As a Pain Block, the Flipping Spike - Horizontal damages players who come into contact with its spiked side, while the opposite side acts as a solid block that flips every second. In a Dungeons room, being hit by the spiked side causes the player to lose 40 Health per second.
