To grow, plant an Apple seed. This seed can be obtained from Small Seed Pack.
The Apple is a consumable item introduced with the Education Pack. It has a rarity of 19 and can be spliced with a Blueberry Seed and a Red Bricks Seed. A single instance of the Apple is included with the 5,000 gem Education Pack.
The item gives the "Doctor Repulsion" Mod for 4 hours, which prevents players from Performing Surgery on the affected player. This is a reference to the famous idiom, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."
25/7/2015: the Apple will have new effect besides the "Doctor repulsion" mod: Eating Apple will make the Legendary Title disappear for 1 day (only who has the Legendary Title). The Apple are also no longer usable on other players than yourself (in case if someone throwing apples preventing you from performing surgeries or making your legendary titles disappear whenever you go public)
