A Dragon Hand can be dropped from combining an Ice Dragon Hand, a Transmog Crystal, and 20 Lava in any Chemical Combiner.

Combining Ingredient
Combining a Dragon Hand, a Transmog Crystal, and 20 Snowball in any Chemical Combiner would result in a dropped Ice Dragon Hand.
Growganoth
Sacrificing a Dragon Hand to the Growganoth would reward one with a Dragon Bone. 20 are needed to create a Skeletal Dragon Claw.
Mod
When equipped, this item grants the Dragonborn mod to the player, which allows them to break blocks faster by increasing the damage of the player's punch, and punch other players further.
Mystery Pinata
Breaking a Mystery Pinata with a stack of Dragon Hand dropped inside would replace the latter with Fiesta Dragon.
Pet
When equipped, a red dragon pet appears and flies around the player.
Pet Battles
This pet can be trained as a fire battle pet.
Punch Effect
The Dragon Hand replaces the player's punch effect with gouts of flame that are fired from the dragon.
