The Dragon Hand is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added as part of the Rise of the Desert Dragons update.

When equipped, a red dragon pet appears and flies around the player. This pet can be trained as a fire battle pet. In addition, this item grants the Dragonborn mod to the player, which allows them to break blocks faster by increasing the damage of the player's punch, and punch other players further.
The Dragon Hand replaces the player's punch effect with bursts of flame that are fired from the dragon.
Trivia
- The Dragon Hand's description and store button refers to Legend of the Red Dragon (LORD), a text-based online role-playing video game created by ex-developer Seth.
- The description is later referenced in the Dragon of Legend's.
- Breaking a Mystery Pinata with a stack of Dragon Hand dropped inside would replace the latter with Fiesta Dragon.
- Sacrificing a Dragon Hand to the Growganoth would reward one with a Dragon Bone. 20 are needed to create a Skeletal Dragon Claw.
- Combining a Dragon Hand, a Transmog Crystal, and 20 Snowball in any Chemical Combiner would result in a dropped Ice Dragon Hand.
