The Vampire Cape is an unspliceable back item which was added on Halloween Week 2013. One can be obtained directly from consuming 25 Cape Tatters.
Function

When equipped, this grants the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air. Upon death, an animation plays in which bats will fly away from the player.
Equipping this item, alongside a Vampire Fangs, Slick Black Hair and Vamp Vest, will earn one the Costume Contest achievement.

Trivia
- There is a small chance for an Inside-Out Vampire Cape to be given instead when one consumes 25 Cape Tatters.
