The ATM Machine can only be obtained from the City Pack which costs 5,000 gems. It is a perma-item that can never be destroyed.
When punched the ATM Machine drops 1 to 50 Gems with a small chance of dropping a purple gem (100 Gems). There is a 22 hour cooldown between harvests.
The ATM recycles for 250 Gems.
