Note: The leash is a virus, not blood. The 'Blood drop' as many people see it is the head of the virus, the body is below connecting to the long jointed legs at the bottom.
Viruses come in many shapes and forms, but the one in game has the shape of a real virsus. It isn't the Magnifying Glass leash. This is a laboratory recipe that just requires the leash. It's the same thing, but with an Afro, Gold Chain, and sun glasses.
To get it, you need to mix a Magnifying Glass, 20 afros, and a Transmog Crystal
