It can only be obtained by breaking any type of tree. The higher the rarity of the tree, the likelier the drop.
When a tree drops the skyrocket, it makes a popping sound similar to bubble wrap.
In order to use you first tap/click on the item then on yourself. Shoots an array of fireworks similar to the ones at the carnival and the fireworks from Summerfest.
