To get the Legendary Wizard to spawn, you need to splice a Legen Seed + Dary Seed! It will auto spawn the wizard when the tree is done! However, once you complete a Legendary Quest, the wizard disappears.
You have to be level 40 to do a quest.
To make the Dary Seed, you need to mix Kerjigger, Thingamajig and Thingamabob.
To get the Legen Seed you need to mix Doohickey, Whatchamacallit and Doodad.
