The Nightmare Devil Wings is an unsplicable back item which was added as part of Halloween Week 2014.
Function

When equipped, it grants the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump for a second time in mid-air. It also has a respawn effect similar to the Cape of Shadows' to the player.
