A lock makes it so only you (and designated friends) can edit an area.
This item never drops any seeds.
This item can't be destroyed - smashing it will return it to your backpack if you have room!
This item has special properties you can adjust with the Wrench.

The message "The Emerald Shards fuse into a shiny new Emerald Lock!" appears when you tap 200 Emerald Shards on yourself.
This item is released in St. Patrick's Week 2015.
Some players say that the Emerald Lock gives the world a "Lucky Mod", that isn't as effective as the Lucky Clover. This effect has a very low chance of occurring and is only for gems; it can even occur if you were to get nothing without the lock but you will get a single gem.
