The Vending Machine appeared on the 6th day of the Player Appreciation Week 2015.

They allow you to sell items when you're offline or online by putting them in the machine and setting an amount per world lock or item per world lock. It's a Perma-Item in the Growtopia Store for 8,000 gems.

(Attention: Read carefully a message inside the machine, you might get scammed.)

To reduce the number of Vending Machine Scams, the developers has tweaked the Vending Machine such that:

• Everyone knows when the price of items has changed.
• The default number of items you see when you buy is 1, even if you cannot afford 1 of that item.
• Pictures of items has been added to prevent misreading.
• Trade confirmation screen has been added.
• You need to be directly in front of the machine to purchase something.
• You cannot buy from a Vending Machine placed in a public locked area.
• You cannot break a Vending Machine placed in a public locked area.
• There is actually a limit to the amount of items you can add to a Vending Machine. 5200. At 5000 the game will no longer allow you to add items, you can bypass this by having some of the item in your inventory, then taking some out of the Vending Machine to make 200 in your inventory. Since you cannot hold over 200, the machine will leave some in it. Put all 200 you have back and it will have increased. Example: You have 5000 dirt in your VM and 85 in your inventory. You take 115 from the machine, making you have 200 dirt and the machine 4885. You can put the 200 you have into the machine since the amount is below 5000. The machine now has 5085 dirt.
• This works until you reach 5200 because you can only take out and put in 200 at a time.
